You can cancel an order until it has been packed by the seller on the website/app. This includes items purchased on sale.
How do I cancel my order?
- Log into your account and go to the 'My Orders' section.
- Select the item you wish to cancel and click on 'Cancel'.
- Indicate the reason for cancellation and confirm the request.
- Once your cancellation is successful, we will process the refund immediately.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we do not support order modification at the moment. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the correct details before the order is shipped.
