Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order until it has been packed by the seller on the website/app. This includes items purchased on sale.

How do I cancel my order?

  1. Log into your account and go to the 'My Orders' section.
  2. Select the item you wish to cancel and click on 'Cancel'.
  3. Indicate the reason for cancellation and confirm the request.
  4. Once your cancellation is successful, we will process the refund immediately.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we do not support order modification at the moment. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the correct details before the order is shipped.
